You therefore may buy your Kindle e-book copy of Survival Kit for Small and Medium Businesses - Profit from your Business Risks! directly from Amazon.com (or Amazon.de, Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.fr) by using your credit card on their online SECURE SERVER. Multiple (additional) currencies are therefore available! Our Kindle e-Book will be delivered by Amazon's free international wireless delivery via Amazon Whispernet.

2. Software and Cartoons: For added privacy, security, reliability and service we have appointed 2Checkout.com, Inc. (2CO) as the authorized retailer of our other goods and services (software and cartoons). Multiple (additional) currencies are also available! After your order has been processed successfully, you will be directed to a download page. On the download page you will find your username and password (for software only) as well as links to our Product Server to download your copies of the software package or cartoon. You will also receive an e-mail, confirming your username and password (for software only) as well as software and cartoon download links. Should you wish to pay:

   • Via PayPal, 2Checkout.com, Inc. (2CO) will direct you to the SECURE PAYPAL SERVER.
   • By credit/debit card, you will have to capture your personal and credit/debit card information on 2Checkout.com, Inc.'s SECURE ORDER FORM.

3. Software and Cartoons: You will receive an e-mail invoice from 2Checkout.com, Inc. (2CO) and the descriptor that will appear on your PayPal, credit or debit card statement will be 2CO.COM*BussGlobe.

4. Kindle e-Book, Software and Cartoons: Business Around The Globe.com is the provider of the Kindle e-book course Survival Kit for Small and Medium Businesses - Profit from your Business Risks!, e-cartoons AND and is an authorized retailer of Business Plan Pro Standard.

5. Kindle e-Book, Software and Cartoons: However, the Kindle e-Book sale is done by Amazon. A software or cartoon sale, again, is done by 2Checkout.com, Inc. (2CO), an authorized retailer of the other goods and services provided by Business Around The Globe.com.

6. Software and Cartoons: You have to provide us with a correct, valid e-mail address so that we can send you the download instructions as well as your password to unlock software and cartoon purchases. Although you may use a free e-mail account (e.g. @yahoo, @hotmail etc.), we recommend the use of a normal (paid) e-mail account if you own one. However, a free e-mail account IS IN ORDER!

1. Software and Cartoons: You may buy your copy e-cartoons OR business plan software directly via an online SECURE SERVER by using your PayPal account or credit/debit card. The secure server (using encryption technology) will take a few seconds to process your order.

2. Software: After your software order has been processed successfully, you will be directed to a download page. On the download page you will find your username and password as well as links to our Product Server to download your electronic copies of the business plan software. Furthermore, you will also find more details on this page to set up your web hosting account and domain name (if promotion is running).

   You will also receive an e-mail, confirming your username, password, download links and the web host account registration process.

3. Cartoons: After your cartoon order has been processed successfully, you will be directed to a download page. On the download page you will find a link to the cartoon you have ordered (no username or password is required). You will also receive an e-mail, confirming the download instructions.

Return and Refund Policy

Business Around The Globe.com has a no-questions-asked return and refund policy.

Any individual or business asking a refund on his/her or its purchase will receive a refund from us - if it is within our prescribed return period - without any questions from our side.

The prescribed return period differs from product to product. To request a refund, please contact us, within the prescribed return period, by e-mailing us.

Please note that according to Amazon's Kindle return policy an e-Book purchase from the Kindle Store is eligible for return and refund if they receive your request within seven days of the date of purchase. Once a refund is issued, you'll no longer have access to the e-Book.

If you don't like it, you can let us know by e-mailing us within the 30-day risk free period and we will refund you your full amount - without any questions from our side (although we would appreciate it if you would tell us your reason). It is important to us that you do not have any risk on your part when you order our products. We believe in our products, and are therefore prepared to take the risk ourselves!

1. In order to receive our free one (1) year web hosting plan offer, you need to purchase our business planning/survival guide - titled, Survival Kit for Small and Medium Businesses - Profit from your Business Risks!

2. Our web hosting plan is free for the first year (365 days) - including setup and domain registration. If you wish to continue with the plan after the first year, you may extend your web hosting by ordering our web hosting services for additional 3, 6, 12 or 24 month periods (see prices below).

3. If you cancel your order of our business planning/survival guide within the prescribed period, you will lose your free web hosting plan.

4. We do NOT allow the following web content:

• Illegal web content or content in violation of another person's, or company's rights or trademarks.
• Illegal activities and products - e.g. spamming, hacking, malicious software etc.
• Pornographic web content or sites containing adult content.
• Inflammatory, offensive web content or content promoting hate.
• Gambling web sites.
• Web sites with content considered by us as unfriendly towards conservative family values.

Web sites with above content will be disconnected from the Internet and the web hosting plan will be suspended by us - without incurring the obligation to refund any payment to the owner of the web site. (If you are unsure about our conditions, please feel free to contact us.)

Renewal Process - Web Host Account

If you wish to continue with your web hosting plan after the first year (365 day free period), you may extend your web hosting with us by ordering our web hosting services for additional 3, 6, 12 or 24 month periods. The following renewal process is in place:

1. 30 days prior to the expiration date of your free web hosting account, we will send you an e-mail reminder that your account will expire in 30 days. No action is required from you when you receive this reminder.

2. 15 days prior to the expiration date of your free web hosting account, we will send you a 2Checkout.com invoice with a link to our payment page so that you can renew your web hosting plan by paying via 2Checkout.com OR PayPal. (For added privacy, security, reliability and service we have appointed 2Checkout.com, Inc. (2CO) as the authorized retailer of our goods and services.)

3. You will have 10 days to pay for the renewal of your account.

4. 5 days prior to the expiration date of your free web hosting account, you will receive a final reminder - should you not have renewed and paid. You will then have another 2 days to renew and pay your account.

5. Three days prior to the expiration date of your free web hosting account we will cancel your web hosting account - should we NOT have received any payment on Day 3 before the expiration date of your account.

6. If we have received your payment, we will extend your web hosting account for the additional month period (3, 6, 12 or 24 months) you have selected.

Renewal Process - Domain Name

We also provide you with a free domain registration for the next 12 months. You may renew your domain name with us after the 12 month period by ordering another year's registration. The following renewal process is in place for domain names:

1. 30 days prior to the expiration date of your domain name, we will send you an e-mail reminder that your domain name will expire in 30 days. No action is required from you when you receive this reminder.

2. 20 days prior to the expiration date of your domain name, we will send you a 2Checkout.com invoice with a link to our payment page so that you can renew your domain name by paying via 2Checkout.com OR PayPal. (For added privacy, security, reliability and service we have appointed 2Checkout.com, Inc. (2CO) as the authorized retailer of our goods and services.)

3. You will have 10 days to pay for the renewal of your domain name.

4. 10 days prior to the expiration date of your domain name, you will receive a final reminder - should you not have renewed and paid. You will then have another 4 days to renew and pay your account.

5. Six days prior to the expiration date of your domain name we will cancel your domain name - should we NOT have received any payment on Day 6 before the expiration date of your domain name.

6. If we have received your payment, we will extend your domain registration for an additional 12 months.

Initial Setup Process: Domain Name and Web Hosting Account

After you have purchased our business planning/survival manual, you will be directed to a download page (to download your copies of the Business Plan e-Book Course Guide as well as free coaching document). On this page you will also find more details to set up your web hosting account and domain name.

We will ask you to complete a simple web form so that we can create your domain name and web hosting account. (Condition: your purchase has to pass 2Checkout’s verification process. We normally receive a notification from 2Checkout.com within 3 hours. However, this condition won't affect the download of our e-manual and Business Plan software package - you will immediately receive your username and password to open the business planning/survival manual and software.)

After we have received your application, we will set up your hosting plan and domain within 24 hours. You will receive an e-mail from us, providing you with all the details (e.g. username and password) to access your web hosting control panel and to start setting up your web site.
